Opponents of a proposed Islamic center on Phillips Blvd. prevailed in a hearing Thursday, December 20th, 2012 in Superior Court in Rancho Cucamonga when Judge Barry Plotkin agreed tha the proposed sanitation system was inadequate for the facility.
