Palos Verdes City Council Discusses How To Remove a Stone ‘Fort’ Along Luanda Bay Shoreline

RANCHO PALOS VERDES, Calif. (FOX 11/CNS) – The Palos Verdes Estates City Council is discussing how to remove a stone ‘fort’ along the Lunada Bay shoreline. This structure is a 30-year old party spot for the Bay Boys, a group of local surfers with a troubled reputation for harassing, intimidating and even physically assaulting out-of-towners.
Alleged attacks that have been reported include throwing rocks, having beer poured on people, tires on cars being slashed and physical attacks in the water.
